Larry enjoys working not only with the developers and investors, that has given him experience in transactions involving commercial shopping centers, apartment buildings and center city office buildings, but the individual homeowner, whose purchasing or refinancing their home or investment property.

Larry believes his company provides the best in customer service, without nickel and diming his customers.  There is no Out of Office fee as most title companies charge, and often times, refinances are handled at the borrowers home and in the evening.  Again, at no extra charge.

Larry resides in Blue Bell with his wife, Kelly, and three teenage boys, Ryan, Jake and Grant.  When not at work, he enjoys playing Ice Hockey, and watching his kids play and compete in Football, Wrestling, Ice Hockey, and Lacrosse.

MELISSA HALFPENNY  Melissa@HistoricAbstract.com 
Melissa has been in the Real Estate Industry for over 15 years.  Her first foray in the field was on the lending side of the retail and wholesale Mortgage Banking Industry.  She held positions in sales territories in the Tri State area for lenders such as Wells Fargo Bank and Chase Home Mortgage.  Her transition into the title insurance business occurred in 2008.  It was seamless, as she was already familiar with reviewing the Loan Documents, and sitting at the settlement table consulting buyers, sellers, realtors and borrowers.

Melissa works behind the scene preparing the title files for settlement, and facilitates settlements for buyers and borrowers.  She works very closely with our referring clients to insure timely and exceptional service.  Once she coordinates scheduling, she reviews settlement instructions with lenders, prepares settlement final sheets, and has been a settlement clerk for over three years. She is responsible for issuing the final policies on all transactions.

Melissa is a mother of twins, residing in Montgomery County, PA with her husband and two dogs.

MICHELE GREGG   Michele@HistoricAbstract.com
Michele has been in the Real Estate industry for over 12 years.  At Countrywide Home Loans, Inc, (now Bank of America), Michele was a Loan Processor and transitioned to the title insurance industry in 2001.  She has worked for various underwriters and agents and has extensive experience in various states and joined the Historic Abstract family in 2008.

Michele does it all, from opening files through closing/post closing issues.  Her specialty is resolving mortgage issues on title and processing subordination agreements  She also handles all purchase files from beginning to end.  She is system manager for our office’s Title Express software system and is in charge of updating forms.  Michele’s commitment and dedication to meeting clients needs is exceptional.

She currently resides in Berks County with her husband and two boys.  She enjoys the outdoors, watching football, and spending time with her family.

Lisa Cui joined Historic Abstract is 2009.  Her past experience in the title insurance industry provided a perfect compliment to her dedication to customer service Lisa focuses on ordering title, processing files for closings, recording documents with the counties and assisting with sending title policies to owners and lenders. 

Lisa’s beginnings in the real estate industry started in Hawaii as an escrow assistant with Island Title Corporation and then for the underwriter, Old Republic Title & Escrow.  She brings experience working on closings for refinances and sales as well as with developers on new projects.

Lisa and her family relocated to Pennsylvania in 2008 and calls Montgomery County her home.  She enjoys cooking, gardening, knitting and fishing.
